OOTD - Pretty in peach!

I got this gorgeous dress for Christmas. It was from a Britain-based dress company Sexyher (they have a 'rockabilly dress' section on their site here). They aren't vintage reproduction specialists or anything but this one was being sold as a 1950s halterneck circle dress and I thought it was cute! Delivery took a little while but I would put this down to Christmas postal problems.

Costing just £29.95 it isn't breaking the bank! It is made of a taffeta material, and is more peachy in real life even though the label said pink. The colour is beautiful though.

The cross straps are a nice little feature and seem to be pretty popular with vintage repro and such. There is no boning in this dress but I felt well supported.

The only downside is that the lining can be seen through the skirt in certain light, and since the lining is a fair but shorter than the dress then it is quite obvious. However, this could be easily fixed by a petticoat. I would wear a petticoat with this dress to get the fuller effect of the circle skirt as seen in the photograph.

The dress is true to the size that I ordered (and they also offer a made to measure service on the website for an extra £25 to get that extra perfect fit!)

So let me guys know what you think! Would you buy a dress from there?
